Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Tarangire National Park.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport your safari guide will welcome and brief you about the safari and transfer 2 hours to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and then go for an afternoon game drive that is known for spotting massive elephant herds and wonderful giant baobab trees. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park.
After breakfast, you will transfer to Lake Manyara National Park, upon arrival you will go for the game viewing in the lush acacia forest, spotting tree climbing lions, thousands of flamingos on the lake shores, and then large families of baboons and among many others. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park.
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast, after breakfast you will ascend Great Rift Valley escarpment and then drive though the beautiful crater highlands into Serengeti National Park with the perfect views along the way. Enjoy afternoon game drives on the endless, open plains and among others. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 & 5: Full days in Serengeti National Park.
Spend two days immersed in Serengeti National Park. During the safari you will track the Great Wildebeest Migration (depending on the season), and then look out for the big cats, including lions, leopards, cheetahs and among many others. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Serengeti and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast, after breakfast, check out and transfer to Ngorongoro with an en-route morning game drive. Along the way you will have fascinating views of the crater from the rim. Upon arrival, check in and have relaxed experience at your lodge waiting upon tomorrow’s activity. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater.
After breakfast, descend 600 meters to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive. This UNESCO World heritage site that offers the best chance to see the endangered black rhino alongside dense concentration of predators with a picnic lunch. Later in the evening return to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 8: Departure.
Enjoy an after early morning walking safari to the crater rim or a final game drive, then transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
