Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala → Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Your WildApe driver-guide scoops you from your hotel or the airport, and your journey to the mighty Bwindi begins. It’s a chill 8–9 hour scenic drive with a fun stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for a bit of balance-on-the-line magic and some photo time.
A hot lunch awaits in Mbarara, then it’s all lush landscapes, rolling hills, and camera-worthy scenery as you cruise toward Bwindi. You’ll check in, refresh, grab dinner, and settle in for the night.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Fuel up with breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for your trekking briefing. The trek can last anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours depending on where the gorilla family is hanging out.
Once you meet the gorillas, you get one unforgettable hour with them — watching, photographing, and soaking in every wild moment. Return to the headquarters for your trekking certificate, then back to the lodge to unwind.

Day 3: Bwindi → Queen Elizabeth National Park (Afternoon Game Drive)
After breakfast, say goodbye to Bwindi and head to the vast savannas of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Check in, have lunch, and take it easy before heading out for an afternoon game drive — expect elephants, antelope, buffalo, warthogs, and big cats if luck’s on your side.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive & Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Start your morning on the Kasenyi plains where lions, elephants, and savanna wildlife roam. After lunch at the lodge, you’ll head to the Kazinga Channel for one of Uganda’s most iconic boat cruises — packed with hippos, elephants cooling off, crocodiles sunbathing, and a huge mix of birds.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth NP → Kibale National Park
After breakfast, take a slow scenic drive toward Kibale National Park — home to the highest primate density in Africa. Expect a few photo stops along the road because the landscapes are impossible to ignore. Check in, relax, and enjoy your evening at the lodge.

Day 6: Chimpanzee Trekking & Bigodi Wetland Walk
Start the day with breakfast, then head into the forest for your chimp trekking experience. After a ranger briefing, you’ll follow the calls, rustles, and movement through the trees until you find them — and enjoy your one magical hour in their world.
Lunch back at the lodge, then an easy afternoon walk through Bigodi Wetland, known for primates, birds, and swamp-forest magic. Return for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Kibale → Entebbe (Departure)
After breakfast, check out and enjoy the relaxed drive back to Entebbe or Kampala. You’ll break for lunch on the way before your driver drops you at your hotel or the airport — Wild Ape style, smooth and easy.
